To further advance academic exchange and development in the field of cardiac surgery, Heart Surgery Forum is excited to announce the open recruitment of Youth Editorial Board members. We warmly invite outstanding young scholars to join our team and contribute to the growth of our journal and the broader cardiac surgery community.

Eligibility Criteria

Academic Background: Ph.D. awarded within the past 10 years with continuous professional engagement in cardiac surgery or related fields (If the research is interrupted due to special reasons, the time limit can be relaxed according to the actual situation).

Peer Review Experience: Experience as a reviewer for academic journals or prior involvement in peer-review processes.

Responsibilities of Youth Editorial Board Members

Promote the Journal: Actively participate in raising the journal's visibility and influence within the academic community.

Peer Review: Serve as a reviewer to assist journals in peer review, ensuring high-quality and timely evaluations.

Encourage Submissions: Assist in inviting high-quality submissions from fellow researchers to enrich the journal's content.
