Inflammatory Aneurysm of the Descending Aorta: A Case Report

We report a rare case of an inflammatory descending aneurysm. At surgery, the patient had multiple aneurysms on the descending aorta. Histology of the specimen demonstrated an infiltration of chronic inflammatory cells in the aortic media.References
