Anomalous origin of a pulmonary artery from the ascending aorta (AORPA) is a rare congenital cardiac malformation that needs prompt surgical repair; otherwise it is associated with poor prognosis. We describe 3 cases of AORPA that successfully underwent complete surgical correction without extracorporeal circulation.References
