Here, we present the case of a 15-year-old girl with giant osteosarcoma on the chest wall. Osteosarcoma is extremely malignant and has a high death rate. We surgically resected the osteosarcoma using cardiopulmonary bypass and administered neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy.</span></p> ER -
