It is a challenging diagnostic dilemma, as the main complaint of these patients is progressive dyspnea. Dyspnea is a common symptom in cardiorespiratory disease and therefore a high index of suspicion is necessary to make the diagnosis early and proceed with surgery and radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy.
